Shipping anywhere in Canada
We ship your printed products anywhere in Canada. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the carrier provides one, and your order status is visible in your account.
Production time
The production time is shown for each product when you order. It starts once payment is received and your file is approved.
Shipping cost and transit time
Shipping cost and transit time are calculated from your delivery address and shown before payment. No fees are added after payment.
Canada Post distribution
For a campaign distributed by Canada Post, the order must be placed at least 12 business days before the planned drop-off date. Distribution then usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Damaged package
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of it and its contents and email us at assistance@doorbux.ca within 10 calendar days of receipt. See also our Returns and Refunds page.
